SHIPPING POLICY

All artwork sold on this website is original, hand-painted artwork created and shipped by Julianne Felton.

Packing and dispatch

Each painting is carefully packed for shipping. Small paintings generally ship within 3 business days after purchase. Larger paintings require at least 5 business days for packing and shipping preparation; I will contact you to confirm the expected dispatch date.

These timeframes cover preparation before shipping. Carrier delivery time is additional.

Tracking and insurance

Each painting is shipped with tracking and insured for its purchase value. Tracking information will be provided after dispatch.

Shipping within the contiguous United States

Shipping is free within the 48 contiguous United States.

Other destinations

For shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international destinations, please contact artistjf@gmail.com before ordering to confirm availability and receive a shipping quote.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, or customs fees. These charges are not included in the artwork price or shipping quote and are the buyer’s responsibility where applicable.

Shipping damage

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact artistjf@gmail.com as soon as possible with photographs of the artwork, packaging, and shipping label. Please retain all packaging so I can help resolve the issue.
